"Great item at a fantastic price"
Great item at a fantastic price. The delivery was pretty quick. I got a bit mixed up since the price was listed in Euros, but the final bill was the same in GB pounds. And, you know, the pound ain't quite equal to the Euro just yet. Overall, a solid company to work with, and I’d definitely recommend them.

"Affordable and Quick Delivery"
I purchased a raclette on December 6th, 2022. It showed up through DHL a week later. I'm really pleased with both the product and the cost—the company, located in Germany, covers any duties for items shipped to the UK. Definitely would suggest it!

Fantastic communication and speedy delivery! The product came from Germany securely wrapped and in perfect condition. It works flawlessly, even after quite a journey! Solid item, but definitely way too pricey if you buy it from a UK seller.

"Didn’t get my Tefal Snacktime order"
I placed an order for a Tefal Snacktime, and according to Amazon, it was marked as delivered on the 31st, signed by receptionist T Coombs. However, the FedEx tracking info says it couldn’t be delivered and was sent back to the seller. I attempted to reach out via email through Amazon, where I bought it, but got a message saying my email couldn’t go through since the company has exited the Amazon Marketplace. I’m left without the item—any ideas on what to do?
